pick a dandelion

Hey there! Today, I have two versions of the same dandelion card, and using the poll feature I added over in the sidebar (below my profile), I'd like YOU to pick your favorite! Clever post title then, yes? ;) **ETA: Voting is now closed. Thank you!**

This card is a design I've had rolling around in my noggin for a while now. Here is "Dandelion #1" (click to see larger):

I'm really happy with how this card turned out (I'm glad I was successful in getting idea to paper). I love the delicacy of this dandelion image, so I paired it with a delicate sentiment. And I think the stitching almost resembles "wind". I thought about adding just a few seeds throughout the stitching, but by the time that idea came to me, the card was already assembled (figures!). I think it would've been too risky to try adding them, so out of fear of ruining the card, I left them off... this time. ;) Anyway, while I really liked the card, I still couldn't help but feel like maybe it was missing something. So I tweaked it just a bit... here's "Dandelion #2" (click to see larger):

Better? Worse? No difference at all? LOL I thought maybe the black, wavy edges might give the card a bit more pop while also mirroring the stitching. And this was an easy fix, too... compared to my first idea of adding some floating seeds. I think I like it better, but what do YOU think? Let me know, and go vote! I really do appreciate your opinion. :) **ETA: Voting is now closed. Thank you!**

Lots to do over here... I'm busy finishing up my September assignments for Scrapbook News and Review, and getting ready to start on October's. By the way... have you signed up over there yet? If not, what are you waiting for?! Can't wait to see you there! ;)
