I made this card specifically to send to my MIL, but the sentiment is for every single one of you out there in blogland who left such sweet comments during the Hero Arts 2010 catalog blog hop. I read each and every comment, and each one warmed my heart and made me smile. :) And if you haven't seen the hop yet, then start HERE, and prepare to be amazed!
Along with a new year comes new resolutions, and I have many that I wish to implement this year. One of my crafty ones is to simply create more! All too often I just let life and all of its busy-ness and responsibilities wear me out, leaving me feeling totally exhausted and uncreative at the end of the day. Please tell me that I'm not the only one that feels this way sometimes? Well, this year, I'm going to change that... I will find a way to carve out just a little "me" time every day, no matter what. I always feel so much better when I create, so it makes sense that I would want to create a little each day, right? ;) I have other crafty resoultions that I plan to share later, but what about you? Any particular resolutions or plans you've made to help make your 2010 the best ever? :)
As always, thanks so much for reading. See you soon!
SUPPLIES: Stamps are Hero Arts (CG105 & CL301), Colorbox Warm Red Fluid Chalk and Memories black inks, Hero Gemstones, Offray ribbon, score marks via Scor-Pal, and pop dots.

Hi, Lisa! Beautiful Thank You card. You can never have enough of those this time of year! Wishing you and yours a happy, prosperous New Year! :-)
Happy New Year, Lisa! Now that the Hop is over and the holidays have passed and things are calming down, I'm going back and enjoying the Hop creations at my leisure. I really love what you did with both your cards - especially the kraft. I always mean to do that technique and then always forget! Maybe 2010 will be The Year I Remember....
Smooches,
Deborah
