I love the Hero Arts Congrats set... very pretty frames with interchangeable sentiments. Just stamp it once on the card base in a tone-on-tone ink, and again in black ink on white card stock. Add your greeting, cut out just the frame, then adhere it with pop dots over the tone-on-tone frame image. I think I even embellished the tiny dots above and below with some gems or Enamel Accents :)
