a new challenge at ABNH: #5 - Color Me A Hero!

Hiya peeps! Guess what? It's the first of the month again and time for a new challenge over at...


..and this time, the challenge is...


..a COLOR challenge! YAY! And great colors, no less. ;) As always, it's sponsored by the amazing Simon Says Stamp!


Now, on to my project for the challenge... remember this lovely rose cling stamp? I used some new Colorbox chalk inks that match the colors PERFECTLY (in case you need some for the challenge, *winkwink* :D), and sponged them onto the image after having stamped it in a dark brown ink. I wanted to use a lighter brown ink like the challenge palette suggests, but it just didn't provide enough contrast for this particular design, so I had to go a bit darker...
